We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of properties in Abu Dhabi within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property management practices and regulations in the UAE, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the properties within the portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement property management plans and budgets
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease negotiations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the properties
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition in the energy sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in property management, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
