We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee our agricultural properties in Abu Dhabi. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the agricultural properties, including overseeing maintenance, operations, tenant relations, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property management plans for agricultural properties
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure
- Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations and dispute resolution
- Monitor and optimize financial performance of properties, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to improve the environmental impact of the properties
- Work closely with agricultural experts and consultants to optimize crop production and land use
- Supervise property staff and contractors to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Communicate regularly with property owners and stakeholders to provide updates on property performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, real estate, business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in agriculture
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including crop production and land management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to agricultural properties
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
