Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, specifically within the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of healthcare properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment for staff and patients.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations of healthcare facilities in collaboration with service providers.
- Ensure that all facilities meet healthcare regulations and standards.

2. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for each property, including operating expenses, maintenance costs, and capital expenditures.
- Monitor financial performance through regular reporting and analysis, making recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure timely collection of rents and other income, while managing accounts payable and receivable.

3. Tenant Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare tenants, addressing their concerns and needs promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all tenants, fostering a collaborative and supportive community within the healthcare facilities.
- Conduct regular tenant meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and gather feedback.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all properties comply with local health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental laws.
- Coordinate regular audits and inspections of the facilities, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to facility operation and management.

5. Marketing and Leasing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Manage the leasing process, including tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and renewals.
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and occupancy rates.

6. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, security personnel, and administrative staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the property management team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and property management best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
