We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of service technicians and engineers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and implement service plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and submit project reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management
- Resolve any customer complaints or disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
