We are currently seeking an experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Agricultural Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all agricultural operations and ensuring that our manufacturing processes are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural strategies to optimize crop production and yield
- Monitor and analyze soil conditions, water usage, and crop health to ensure optimal growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sustainable farming practices
- Conduct research on new agricultural technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of agricultural inputs
- Provide training and support to agricultural workers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agricultural management or related role
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop science, and soil management
- Experience with implementing sustainable farming practices and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
