We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Agricultural Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Agricultural Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all agricultural aspects related to our consumer goods business. You will work closely with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success and sustainability of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural strategies to improve crop yields and quality
- Coordinate with farmers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality produce
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Conduct research on new agricultural technologies and practices to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide training and guidance to farmers on best practices for crop cultivation and management
- Collaborate with government agencies and industry associations to stay informed on regulations and policies affecting the agricultural sector
- Manage budgets and expenses related to agricultural operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
