We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to the purchasing team to ensure departmental goals are met
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers to assess their performance and address any issues that may arise
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
