We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Agricultural Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs related to agriculture and sustainable farming practices. This position will involve working closely with local farmers, government agencies, and educational institutions to promote best practices in agriculture and support the growth of the agricultural sector in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational programs on topics such as crop management, soil health, water conservation, and pest management
- Collaborate with local farmers to provide training and support in implementing sustainable farming practices
- Conduct research on new technologies and innovations in agriculture and share findings with stakeholders
- Work with government agencies to develop policies and initiatives that support the growth of the agricultural sector
- Organize workshops, seminars, and field trips to educate students and the community about agriculture and food production
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of educational programs and initiatives on the local agricultural sector

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in agricultural education or extension services
- Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices, crop management, and soil health
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
