Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Environmental Scientist to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Environmental Scientist will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, a passion for sustainability, and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental assessments and impact studies for real estate development projects
- Analyze data and prepare reports on environmental conditions
- Develop and implement environmental management plans
- Recommend strategies for minimizing environmental impact and promoting sustainability
- Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Stay current on environmental trends and best practices in the real estate industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and decision-making
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in environmental science, preferably in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the UAE
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental assessment software
