We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop instructional materials
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, and simulations
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective training programs
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- [X] years of experience in instructional design, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
