We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Dubai, working within the retail industry. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our customers across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
