We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing information about our transportation and logistics services, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our transportation and logistics services, including pricing, availability, and delivery options
- Assist customers with booking transportation services, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
