Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Sharjah. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about products and services
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
