We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the transportation and logistics industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and pricing
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes is a plus
