We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Providing information about products and services
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the database
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
