We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing all security operations within our agricultural facility, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and property.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the agricultural facility.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Manage and coordinate security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling security staff.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare incident reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and contractors, to promote a culture of security and safety.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve security operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software
