We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations within the organization to ensure the safety and security of staff, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams to ensure a timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to test preparedness.
- Stay informed about current security trends and technologies to continuously improve security measures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Valid security certification (e.g. Certified Protection Professional, Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator) is a plus.
