Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, parents and staff within the education sector. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries, complaints and feedback, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person
- Assist with enrollment processes and provide information on courses and programs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
- Provide support to students and parents on a wide range of topics including admissions, financial aid and academic programs
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and scheduling appointments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
