We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop new sales strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
