We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of pharmaceutical projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, discuss challenges, and make decisions on next steps
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
