We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and track project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Communicate project status and updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
