We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various healthcare programs within the organization, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of services to meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful and efficient delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive program initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining high-quality standards of care and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and expansion, developing proposals and securing funding to support new initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to program staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- [X] years of experience in program management within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex healthcare programs from inception to completion.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
